Our licenses are based on the number of users, sites, and organization. eFACiLiTY® is the only application that offers unlimited sites and user licenses for large implementations.

2. Does eFACiLiTY® Visitor Management System support multiple Time Zones and Languages?

Yes, eFACiLiTY® Visitor Management System supports multiple time-zones catering to global business locations. It also offers multi-lingual support along with right-to-left control across the application for languages like Arabic & Hebrew. The masters can be stored in multiple languages making it most suitable for global implementations.

3. Can eFACiLiTY® Visitor Management System be implemented for multi-tenanted facilities like Business Parks, Residential & Commercial Complexes, Healthcare facilities, Schools/Universities?

Yes, eFACiLiTY® can be implemented for multi-tenanted facilities that are centrally managed for effective visitor control on-site, integrate specific security requirements for tenants, and end-customers as well. It can also be implemented in highly secured facilities where access is provided only to limited users.

4. Do you have a Mobile App?

Yes, we do have an eFACiLiTY® Smart Facility App, which can help hosts to pre-register visitors, approve/reject visitor appointment requests, and generates digital badges/passes for visitor entry/exit, send notifications for quick approvals, overstay alerts, and emergencies.

5. What integrations are supported by the eFACiLiTY® Visitor Management System?

eFACiLiTY® Visitor Management System is capable of easily integrating with a host of hardware, access control/turnstile, Active Directory, Single Sign-On, MS Exchange/Outlook, and third-party applications.

6. How secure is the eFACiLiTY® Visitor Management System? Does it comply with the ISMS, GDPR, & HSE requirements?

eFACiLiTY Visitor Management system is fully compliant with ISO 27001:2013 requirements, the internationally recognized best practice framework for Information Security Management System (ISMS), and every version of the release is tested with ZAP, Burp suite tool to ensure the complete application security. eFACiLiTY® also follows the requirements of the global standard such as GDPR, HSE making it suitable for global implementations.

7. How customizable is the eFACiLiTY® Visitor Management System?

eFACiLiTY® Visitor Management System is highly customizable, right from branding to security & visitor badge pass printing. It can also be designed to suit your custom workflows and enterprise needs.
Note: SaaS model cannot be customized.

9. Does the system support bulk/group visitor appointments?

Yes, the eFACiLiTY® Visitor Management system supports bulk/group visitor appointments. It enables the host to upload/import visitor data in bulk to ensure planning for group visitors by generating e-passes, avoiding queues.

10. Does eFACiLiTY® have the provision to blacklist/watchlist?

Yes, eFACiLiTY® Visitor Management System has the provision to integrate blacklist/watchlist visitors by maintaining a list along with the reason for blacklisting against their appointments. When a visitor tries to enter the premises, the system will check the user profile details against blacklist records and when a match is found, it raises an alert and the visitor will be denied access to the facility.

11. What types of system alerts/notifications are supported by the application?
